Two brothers: an “old boy” and an “iron lady” who want to express their own ideas with small productions of wine.

Both passed by Bocconi, he to get out a Nick Naylor while she to become Gordon Gekko de noantri, they found in wine their point meeting to give greater meaning to their lives, with the production of personal wines through the collaboration of visionary winemakers, who represent the values in which they strongly believe.

We are négociant and so we like to introduce ourselves to the market.

For us, wine is a representation of life: everything in the vineyard and in the cellar has its own times. The producer observes and takes care of all aspects of his vineyard because it knows which wine he can create with its own hands. We also like to think that wine is also culture; in each bottle you can find the values ​​a producer believes in.

WINES

The watchword for Old Boy is: pet'nat.
Because for us, it's the essence of everything. Acidic and dry bases that, with different refermentation
methods, complement each other in terms of the wine's flavor and structure.
With this philosophy, we pushed the boundaries of imagination, evaluating, from time to time, the
potential of a grape on a given soil; and this is how we began our journey as producers.
Our wines are the perfect mix of native Italian and French grapes and international Pinot Noir and
Chardonnay. But when we taste a grape we like, we always have the same thought: what would a
refermented wine with this grape be like?!?! Let's do it!!!

A brief description of our wines:

HEY BOY!: Durella, volcanic soil, single fermentation.

HEY GIRL!: Directly pressed Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with short maceration, limestone soil, refermented
with frozen Chardonnay must from the same harvest.

HEY YOU!: Macerated Chardonnay, limestone soil, refermented with a Chardonnay pied de cuve from the
following harvest.

HEY BOLZ!: Directly pressed Bianchetta and Pavana with one night of maceration, limestone soil,
refermented with Bianchetta must at the end of the first fermentation.

RED SUN: Directly pressed Gamay with the whole stem, sandy soil, refermented with Gamay must.
